Alfred loved to eat and cook, especially for his family. He also enjoyed very much doing woodworking.
His favorite pastime was spending time with his grandchildren.
Alfred is preceded in death by his wife of 54 years Mary Elizabeth as well as two sons Bear Weeks and James David Weeks.
He is survived by two sons Joe (Tracy) Weeks, Matt Weeks, and two grandchildren Baylee Elisabeth and Colten Garrett.
A funeral service will be held at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 beginning at 2:30pm.
Interment to follow services at Riverside Memorial Park.
