Annette "Grandmama" Howell Cook

Born September 2, 1927, Annette was the third daughter of Vida Emma and B. B. Howell. She and her future husband, Ernest Cook, Jr., were raised in Wellborn, FL, and were married there Christmas Eve 1943. They moved to Jacksonville, had four children and enjoyed 68 years of marriage until Ernest died in 2011. They were active members for many years at Murray Hill United Methodist Church. Annette is survived by daughters Marjorie (John) Anderson, Patricia (Kerry) Kidd, Kathryn (Scott) Beninati, and son Donald Cook, 6 Grandchildren, 8 Great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
