Barbara truly made an impact on each life she touched here on earth. She was a loyal and dedicated friend and I am so fortunate to have shared so many wonderful years with her.  We became instant friends when the Rowell family moved to Carder Street and I will always cherish the endless hours of making clothes and jewelry for our "Troll Dolls" and listening to her practice her flute.  Barbara was an Angel here on earth and is now at peace in her heavenly home resting in the arms of Jesus.
May you all be blessed with the peace and comfort of knowing her body is healed and we will all see her beautiful, smiling face again.

I just learned of Barbara's passing and I am both shocked and grief-stricken. She was a wondeful person to work with, to talk with and to laugh with. My deepest sympathies as well as my most heartfelt prayers go out to her family.

I will forever remember Barbara. I've known her for almost 20 years. She was not only beautiful on the outside, but more beautiful on the inside. She had a heart full of gold and would do anything for you. I will always cherish her friendship and the times we partied together. Finding a friend like Barb will be difficult. She will be hard to replace. I will keep Barbara and her family in my prayers for I know Heaven will be more fun now that Barb is there waiting on us. God bless!

I am truly astonish, God loaned her to us for a little while and now He said Barbara come on home…I always felt she was a very smart, fun loving, witty  person with a wonderful sense of humor.  I often told her to sign up for one of those game shows; I felt she would make the perfect contestant… I worked with her also at Florida National Bank …We will all miss her.

I cherish the memories I have of Barb.  She was my cube-mate at work and a very dear close trustworthy friend.  When we worked--we worked HARD and when we played--we definitely played HARD. Barb was a very good person and would do anything for anybody.  Her babies were her animals and she loved each and everone of them.  Barb will always be in my heart and I'll never forget the good times we had together.  God bless Herbie and Lonnie.  I'll always be there for you.

I have so many memories of Barbara and will always cherish them. We work together for many years and I will never forget those times. Barbara was a sweet loving person and will be missed. You will always live our heart and prayers. God Bless the family.

Where do I begin. I am so shocked and heartbroken to hear of Barbara's passing. We were friends for over 40 years. We went to school and played in the band together and stayed in touch all these years until we lost touch about 5 years ago. I am so sad but understand that she was in a lot of pain. She is with the Lord now. I have so many memories of our fun together through all of the years. I will miss her very much. I will always Love you Barb. You are and will always be in my heart. I will never forget you. To her Husband and her Brother Lonnie, I am so sorry for your loss.

Barbara was a wonderful person.  I worked with her at Florida National Bank downtown and at one time she was even my supervisor.  I would go to her for help with my work and she would ask me a thousand questions and have me answer them which in turn told me how to fix the problem. And my husband used to work on her car.  She has often crossed my mind and I am sad to hear of the loss.  God Bless each of you and I pray that the good memories will somehow help ease the pain.

Barbara was a very fun loving sweet person with a wonderful sense of humor. We will all miss our Barbie Barb. You will always live in our hearts. Kelly & Kaitie

I am so sorry to hear about Barbara, I have so many good and fond memories of us growing up and playing together as kids.  I will always hold a special place for her in my heart.  May God Bless you.

It is with such a heavy heart I write my thoughts about my dear dear beloved friend. She was indeed the most kind person I had the pleasure and honor of knowing. She had a heart as big as Texas, and an incredible love for animals. She touched many hearts and her loss is felt by so many. Her loss has left a void in my life, but I am at peace and take comfort that she has been released from her suffering. I miss you Barbie and you will be forever in my heart. I luv ya girl. 'Susie' (she knew how much I disliked that name, so I always called her 'Barbie')

I have so many wonderful memories of Barbara and I will cherish them always. She is watching over all of us and is playing the flute in heaven. Prayers & love go out for the family.

We mourn with the family at Barbara's passing but rejoice with you as well that she is no longer in pain and that she is whole again.
