

She was born on February 4th, 1942, in Baltimore, Maryland. She later moved and spent the rest of her time in Florida and Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Stancliff, and was a loving and devoted wife. A loving mother to Kimberly Ann Conway and Lisa Marie Gray (James), she was also a loving and devoted grandmother to Stephen Conway, Matthew Conway (Ashley), Kaitlyn Parsons (Robert), Lauren Rothman (Jacob), Kyle Berg, and Cameron Berg, and great-grandmother to Kelsey Conway, Kennedy Parsons, Hazel Parsons, Samson Rothman, and Kenzie Rothman. She loved them all so very much!
Fay attended catholic school and graduated from St. Mary’s Star of the Sea in Baltimore, MD, in 1959. Throughout her career, she worked in administrative positions and retired from the State of Maryland after 20 years. Fay enjoyed many hobbies, including sewing, crocheting, reading, spending time on the computer, and staying in touch with friends and family. She was also an active member of the Myositis Community after being diagnosed in 2004.
She is also preceded in death by her parents, Mercedes Davis and Charles Jones; her siblings, Ronald Jones, Joseph Jones, and Ruth Davis; and her son-in-law, Kenneth Conway.

A visitation for Bernadette will be held Friday, August 23, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225, followed by a funeral ceremony at 2:00 PM. A committal ceremony will immediately follow the service at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Memory Gardens
