I miss my dear friend, Carla.  I know you are resting with God now.  I'll never forget the times we shared.  God bless Carla's family and friends.

To Carla's family.  I am so sad to see this notice and sad to hear this news.  Many years ago I attended church and hung out with Carla and Joy Smallwood.  She truly was a beautiful person.  I'm sending hugs of comfort across the miles to you today.

Words cannot express how saddened I am to learn of Carla's passing.  We attended church together during our high school years and what a lovely, fun-loving and dear friend she was to me and I will miss her even more.  My prayers are with her family, especially Betty and Bill Foss, and we all have the comfort of knowing she is waiting for us to join her.   Joy Smallwood Kilgore

To Carla's family:  I worked as Carla's assistant (93-94) the 1st year she was at Lone Star Elem. She was so sweet & kind! Even under the often stressful conditions of the classroom, she had a smile for each & everyone. Her strong walk w/ the Lord was evident in both her words and actions. I HAVE NOT SEEN CARLA IN YEARS WE USE TO GO TO CHURCH TOGETHER AT REGENCY CHURCH OF GOD.  CARLA WAS A WONDERFUL YOUNG LADY. I KNOW HER FAMILY WILL MISS HER. I met Carla many years ago when she married my former brother in law. I always thought her to be a very caring and compassionate lady. I know she loved her children very much and lived her life for the Lord. My thoughts and prayers are with her parents and daughter.

TO CARLA, NOW SHE CAN REST IN PEACE AT THE FEET OF JESUS

I loved Carla so much!  I served as an intern with Carla as my supervising teacher more than 20 years ago.  We immediately became friends and remained friends for all those years.  Carla was a source of comfort, laughter, and spiritual guidance to me.  I will miss her tremendously.  My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.

God bless the family of Carla at this time.  She was a classmate of mine at Sandalwood High School, Class of 1j973.  I will always remember her as a sweet, gentle person who loved the Lord.

Ms. Burch I will miss you! It was a pleasure working with you at Alden Road school. We work together many years.  You were soo good with the kids and always had a smile on your face.. Your love and compassion will be missed not only by me but your kids too. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. May you rest in peace.
