Christine was born in Bethesda, Maryland on November 9 1953.
She married the love of her life Jeffrey on July 24, 1976. They were married for 40 years.
Christine was a beloved wife, mother, sister and friend.
Christine had a gift for teaching and taught at Pickett Elementary for 20+ years.
Christine is survived by her children Joshua Elmore and Mariah Kelsay along with her grandchildren Katherine and Thomas Kelsay.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Jeffrey Elmore and her son-in-law Jesse Kelsay
