Deborah Debbie Marie Parsons.

Deborah Marie Parsons, 58, of Jacksonville, passed away on July 16, 2011 surrounded by loved ones. Deborah is survived by her husband of 37 years, Douglass Parsons. Sons, Daniel Parsons (Allyson) and Derek Parsons; Mother, Rose Romano Parsons; Brother, Anthony Romano (Sharon); and Sister, Frannie Marinelli (John); Grandchildren, Riley Parsons and Jacob Parsons. Deborah is preceded by her father Anthony Romano and son, David Parsons. She will be remembered and honored for her devotion to Education and mentoring of youth. As an Ombudsman, Debbi demonstrates her support of Navy Wives and their well being at worldwide. Deborah's passions of life were her grandchildren, bowling, and an avid Danelle Steele reader. She held the position of Associate Director for the United States Bowling Congress. Deborah will be missed and loved by all who know her. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, Jacksonville, FL 32205. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 5753 Blanding Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32210, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held at The Potters House, on July 20, 2011 at 11:00 A.M., 5119 Normandy Blvd. (Youth Sanctuary), Jacksonville, FL 32205.
