Hi Donny,
It's me Danny. It has been a week since you left us and I am really sad. As I listened to folks celebrate your life today, I was so proud of you and the impact you had on so many people. As I am left questioning why my twin was taken, I also understand that God had this date planned long before.
You will never know just how proud I am of you and I just want you to know that I loved you so much. I am sorry that I didn't get to you in time. I know you were so happy with the way things were happening in your life. It's so evident in the pictures leading up to your departure that God had a purpose for you.
On a side note.. Back when we were young, I appreciate all the games and time we spent together. The competition we shared that only twins can share is irreplaceable. We brought out the best in each other and I can say that you made me a better person.
As I close this out, I do so with a very heavy heart. I am so happy you are with Mom and Dad in heaven, but I'm being selfish to ask for one more day that my phone might ring and I could just tell you " I love You"
You are missed.

Don would always have a smile and a cheerful greeting no matter what. He showed so much dedication to his kids, I'm sure he is unsummably missed. My deepest condolences.
