Donna was born in Jacksonville, Florida on September 26, 1959, to Edward Barker and Constance Kitchens. After graduating from Edward H. White High School, she worked at Prudential as a Supervisor of Computer Operations for most of her professional career. Donna enjoyed tending to her plants and rose garden. She had a big heart and was always concerned about taking care of those around her. Her son, Dillon, was her greatest joy and she loved him very much.
She is preceded in death by her father, Edward Barker; her mother, Constance Kitchens; longtime boyfriend, Randy Wallis; and niece, Misty Barker.
She is survived by her son, Dillon Buhr (Megan); sister, Sandra Thompson (Larry); brother, Wayne Barker (Violet); niece, Michelle Evans (Jayce); nephew, Matthew Barker (Gretchen); cousins; great nieces; and nephews.
A graveside service for Donna will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
