Mrs. Moody is survived by a daughter, Cynthia; a sister, Joan “Jodi” Baxter; nieces and nephews and preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Maj. Wendell L. Moody, her son Victor and her brother Wayne K. Hazen.
Mrs. Moody was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School, Class of 1937. She worked several years for Barnett Bank in Jacksonville.
Mrs. Moody was a long-time member of Ortega United Methodist Church and the Women’s Club of Jacksonville.
Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Riverside Memorial Park.
