

Frederick Anthony Giuliano passed away peacefully in Jacksonville, Florida on Sunday, July 23, 2017. He was born on January 3, 1931 in Pittsburgh, PA to Anna (Metz) and Anthony Giuliano. Son-in-Law of Gladys and Raymond Lennon of Etna, PA.
Beloved Husband of 60 years to Carol (Lennon) Giuliano. Loving father of Debbie Redick (Rich), David Giuliano (Diane), Karen Cook (Gene), Scott Giuliano (Sue), Sandi Donovan (Mike), Michael Giuliano (Chris), Lisa Giuliano, Diane Koch (Matt). Cherished grandfather of Bryan, Jason, and Sami Clarke; LaRae, Jessica, and Erica Giuliano; Shane and Kiernan Malcolm; Christian and Alex Giuliano, Mallory and Keiley Koch.
Graduate of Sharpsburg High School where he played football, and Duquesne University. Fred served during the Korean War in the United States Air Force. He started his career as Editor of the Sharpsburg Herald. He then worked for the Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce where the shared prosperity earned him a MBE from Queen Elizabeth the Second. He was then the Chief Operating Officer at The Harmarville Rehabilitation Center in Fox Chapel, PA . After his retirement in 1990, he was the Foundation Director at Phipps Conservatory in Pittsburgh, PA . He enjoyed traveling all over the world, especially his trips to Italy, and spending time with family, particularly watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, July 29, 2017 from 11:00am to 12:00pm with a celebration of Frederick’s Life being celebrated at 12:00pm at the Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. Johns Bluff rd. Jacksonville, FL 32225.
Inurnment will be at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
