Maxine was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest H. Booth, and her son, Farren H. Booth. She is survived by Velda Chadwick, Mona Garrett (Tucker), Clay Booth (Gayle), Connie Likens (Lonnie), 16 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and many great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 10:00am to 11:00am on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 11:00am at Riverside Memorial Park.
