It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Glenda Paulite, who departed this life on July 11, 2025 at the age of 60, surrounded by loved ones.
Born in Bangantalinga, Iba, Zambales she was a proud graduate of Bangantalinga Elementary School, Class of 1978 where she built lifelong friendships and began her journey of caring for others.
Her passion for helping others led her into the healthcare field, where she began by earning a degree in medical X-ray technology. She started her career as a nursing assistant at Southside Nursing Center, providing companionate care to patients. She later transitioned into dental care, where she excelled as a skilled dental technician and assistant. Over the years, she worked alongside several respected professionals, including Dr. James Milton McKnight, DDS; Dr. Jones, DDS at Arlington Dentistry; Dr. Sheffer, DDS; Dr. Evelyn Herrera, DMD at Herrera Dentistry; and Drs. Nabil and Flor Hirezi, DDS at Hirezi Family Dentistry. In addition to her extensive dental experience, she also earned certification as a phlebotomist, further broadening her expertise in health care.
She enjoyed traveling, going on road trips, cooking, line dancing with The Queens, singing karaoke, shopping, and being around family. Her joyful presence and vibrant energy made every moment memorable. Glenda was a devoted member of Christ Cares Alliance Church, where she found strength, community, and purpose in her faith. Her life was a reflection of the compassion and grace she received and shared with others.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 32 years, Merdzie Paulite; her daughter, Andrea Paulite and her fiancé Collin Busbee, and son Nikko Paulite and his partner Kailee Ceballos. She is also survived by her siblings Zenaida (Jaime) Erguiza, Orlando (Evelyn) Aratea, Emlyn (Virgil) Fermil, Peter (Blesila) Manayan, Olga (George) Adona, and Stalina (Sonny) Bisda along with several nieces and nephews whom she cared deeply for. She was preceded in death by her parents, Diomedes and Adriano Manayan, and her sister, Eva Manayan Mercado.
A memorial visitation and service will be held on July 17, 2025 at 5:00 pm at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home. The funeral and burial service will be held on the following day, July 18, 2025 at 11:00 am. Serving as the honorary pallbearers are John Cyril Adona, Lester Adona, Andrey Fermil, Ariel Manayan, Russell Mercado, and Brandon Miller.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all the lives she touched.
