Hazel Clark White, 91, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born September 4, 1925 to Mathew and Treacy Clark in Alamo, GA where she spent her early years. Hazel lived in Jacksonville for 55 years where she was a dedicated wife and mother, caring for her family, house, and home. She was passionate about working in her yard, cleaning her house, and attending her church. She is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Lias C. White, one sister and two brothers. Hazel is survived by her son Mike (Mary) White, granddaughter Janel (Chris) Valls, grandson Bryan White, great-granddaughter Catalina as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home is serving the family. A visitation for friends will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the funeral home from 10:00-11:00am. Funeral services to begin at 11:00am with interment in Riverside Memorial Park.
