Jack passed away peacefully in his sleep at his residence.
He is survived by his wife Gina York of 36 years along with his son Joshua James B. York, daughter Jaclyn Marie B. York, mother Sandra York, brother John York, sister Vickie York, and numerous nephews, nieces, and in-laws.
He is predeceased by his father Jack York Sr. and sister Julie Alsip as well as his nephew Chris Gargo.
His family would like to extend their sincerest thanks and appreciation to all their loved ones and friends supporting them during this difficult time.
A visitation will be held at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, located at 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205, on November 19, 2025, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
Following the visitation, a graveside service will take place at Riverside Memorial Park at 11:00 am.
