

Jacqueline “Jackie” Foley passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025, at the age of 74 in Jacksonville, Florida. Born on September 7, 1951, to Francis and Rita Kane, Jackie lived a life full of love, laughter, and devotion to her family and friends.
She is survived by her loving husband, Bob Foley, and her cherished son, Dax Davis. Jackie is also survived by her three sisters, Joanne Herow, Candace Kane-Pereda, and Daphne Kane; one brother, Tommy Harney; and her niece and nephews, Chriss Carroll‑Sacharow, Glenn Mathis, and Eric Logeson. In addition, she leaves behind her great‑nieces and great‑nephews Kendra, Emma, Scottie, and Shane, along with her great‑great nieces and nephews Elisabeth, Sedona, Kit, Maddison, and Lil Shaney.
Jackie was a dynamic entrepreneur who ran a successful business for more than 30 years, employing many and earning the respect of her community. In retirement, she found happiness as an avid collector with a keen eye for diverse art forms and was an early adopter of online auctions, through which she built a vibrant store that reflected her creativity and innovative spirit.
Those who knew Jackie will remember her warm greetings of “Heeelllooooo!” and her playful humor, often teasing Bob with “I’m the boss of you!” Her quick wit and joyful personality brought smiles to everyone around her.
Family and friends are invited to join in honoring her memory at A Celebration of Life to be held on January 10, 2026, from 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM at Englewood Baptist Church, 5675 Kennerly Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Jacksonville Humane Society in memory of Jackie Foley.
