James G. Vinson, age 75, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2013 in Jacksonville, FL. James was born November 10, 1937 in Atlanta, Georgia to Nate and Edna Louise (Rowe)Vinson. James is a veteran of the United States Navy. Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years Glenda Vinson; one son Jeff Vinson; three daughters Sharon Ann Fowler, Jeannie Agnew (Clay), and Julie Rea; one sister Rose High; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren. Family will receive family and friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Sunday, March 31, 2013 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am, Monday April 1, 2013 with military honors at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
