Jan was born in Jacksonville, Florida on June 20, 1945, and was a 1963 Englewood High School Graduate.
Jan would later go on to attend St. Vincents Radiological School.
Jan is survived by her 2 sons; Jeff Harris (Vivian Harris) and Chris Harris as well as her 4 grandchildren; Abigail, Anna, Colton and Brody Harris
Jan was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence & Billie Ferrell.
A visitation will be held for Jan on Friday, May 12, 2023 at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. John's Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, Florida 32225 at 10:00 AM. A Celebration of her Life will take place at the Funeral Home at 11:00 AM following the visitation.
A committal ceremony will immediately follow the Memorial Service at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Memory Gardens, 850 St. Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, Florida 32225.
