Joyce has been a huge part of my life for the last 40 + years. I still remember the first time that I met her. Ron had brought her to Mom & Dad's house to show her off as his new girlfriend. From that moment on, Joyce and Ron have always been together, inseparable as some would say. Joyce was a  true friend to me and I will always love her and will miss her dearly.

Aunt Joyce, I love you. I wish life would have been different and we would have gotten to know each other better. I'm thankful for this crazy thing called "Facebook" because I have been able to get to know you and your precious family a little. I know we will see each other again some day. Shannon and Veronica y'all are  in my thoughts and prayers! I know the special bond y'all shared with your mom! Y'all could not have a better angel looking over you! I pray for strength to get u through this difficult time! I miss and love y'all very much!

I may have never met Joyce but I know Shannon who is an amazing woman, wife and mother. I have no doubt that Joyce had much to do with that. The Huffman family remains in my thoughts and prayers. God bless.

Mrs Joyce was a wonderful person. I have alot of fond memories growing up 2 doors down we were always down there or Shannon and Veronica was at our house!!We had alot of fun and I'll always cherish the memories I have.You will forever be missed but alwats in our hearts!!!

Joyce, I truly appreciate you as a woman, wife, Mother and Friend. You've taught others without knowing. Shared your girls, well your family with us as we did with you. I've watched you fight a hard fight each and everyday, not wanting to put anyone out because that was just you. Loving and laughing when you could. 
Watching your girls, Ron and most of all those grandbabies she loved more than anything be there for her when she needed it most. I pray that the things I've learned from you will forever change me to be a better person than I was before we met and that I can pass them along to those I love.

Joyce was a wonderful and loving lady. She made everyone she met feel special. She welcomed my family and I into hers without hesitation.
Her warm infectious smile lite up every room she entered. Add to that the personality of the Angel she has become, and you know you met someone VERY VERY special....

Joyce was a wonderful woman and a friend to both of us.  She always welcomed us to all the family functions and was interested in what we were up to and we always enjoyed seeing her and Ron and the girls.  Our love goes to all of her family and I am glad she is peace now.

I miss you so much and i know your not in pain anymore and you can breathe again. You put up a long hard fight. The only comfort i have right now is knowing your able to breathe again without dragging the oxygen hose around and getting stuck on everything. I know your watching over us. I love you so much.

Joyce was smart, funny, beautiful, strong, caring, and confident, but most of all, I remember how loving she was. I spent many hours working with Joyce at  Eckerd Drugs, and  she always spoke so highly of her beloved family. You all meant the world to her and I don't know if anyone could have loved you more than she. While we all grieve for losing this beautiful angel, we must all be thankful for the extraordinary love and legacy she leaves behind. Our time with her will forever be threaded in the fabric of our lives, she will never be forgotten.

Joyce was my  top technician at Eckerds for 17 years and a longtime friend. How lucky she was to have such a dedicated husband and family throughout her illness. I will miss her smile and laughter the most. So sorry for your loss.

To my sweet Aunt Joyce, I don't even know where to began my heart is so heavy! You put up one long hard fight, My only comfort is knowing that your breathing so easy now. You have always had a heart of gold we have shared so many moments that I will cherish forever! But it's never goodbye, its until we meet again. I will make sure I have a bag full of chocolate. You ALWAYS had your famous last words "LOVE YALL" I love you and you will be missed dearly. But I know your an angel above watching over all of us. So till we meet again,"LOVE YALL"

Aunt Joyce... I got in on this family late in life and when I finally found you all, everyone said I look so much like Joyce! When I saw your picture for the first time, I was so happy to finally find family! You, your husband and daughters made my trip to Florida the best I could ever have hoped and imagined. When I think of you, I think of Ron, Veronica, Shannon, and the kids.. you all equal one. The love in your home was something I will never forget. I'm so happy I was able to meet you and fall in love with you and your family. I love you Aunt Joyce.

Here is one memory I would like to share. Approximately 14 years ago I started working at the same location as Joycee. It was cold at first but after we broke the ice we became friends. She got to know my family and I got to know her, Ron and the girls and watched them grow up. Then the grand kids came one at a time and when they would come visit their maw maw at work they would come back to my office. The first thing out of the boys mouth was where is my ball and do you have candy. I would keep both there just for them. Joycee knew I enjoyed them coming and looked forward to their hugs. It would make my day and she knew that.  I didn't have grand kids so she didn't mind sharing. Though the last few years I didn't get to see much of any of them I thought of them often and gave a shout out when I could. Joycee was definitely a very special person in my eyes and now a beautiful Angel. May God touch the entire family for the many months ahead. Your friend,

I worked with Joyce at CVS Pharmacy for many years. Became friends with her very special family.  I remember when Joyce and I went to take the Pharmacy Technician Certification Test. She told me, "if you don't know the answer to a question, Ron said to pick (B). We both passed the test. I picked a lot of (B)'s. Words cannot describe how much my heart is hurting right now.  I keep thinking someone will pinch me and this is not real.  I do however find a little peace knowing your my guardian angel now and your no longer suffering.  I miss you so much.  I just want to hug you and talk to you.  I miss your smile, your laugh, your smell, your voice I just miss YOU!  I am so glad God gave you the time on earth to meet Ellie and spend the last 18 months with her.  I promise she will never forget you.  Thank you for making me the woman, wife, and mother I am today.  May you rest in peace and pain free.  I love you round and round and never stops.

Deepest condolences to your entire family. A kind and giving woman who was always there when needed, especially for the kids. I have fond memories of playing softball as part of the Bowyer-Huffman gang. You will be remembered and missed.

We have so many good memories of Joyce. We had so many special weekends at Grandma and Granddad Huffmans when Joyce and Ron and the rest of the family came down for a weekend. Could not count the hours we spent fishing in the backyard or out in Granddads boat. Joyce could outfish all of us. Mrs. Joyce was always the sweetest! From the time I meet her when I was in middle school until I was grown with a daughter of my own, she always made me feel welcomed in her home. Every single time I was at her house I was invited to stay for dinner :). She was the type of woman that would do anything for you if she could. And I know that because she taught her daughter Veronica the same thing. I'm glad to know the Huffman family and pray you guys get through these hard times. RIP Mrs. Joyce.

You will be missed dearly! From the first day I when down to play you have always loved me as your own. You have the warmest smile and heart of gold! You have feed me many of meals, cleaned up my cuts, and yes I even got in trouble a few times too. One of my best memories with you are having eggs sandwiches any time of day or night! They were a favorite in your tiny kitchen. I will always have great memories to look back on and remember you with a warm smile. You are already so deeply missed! You fought a long hard fight and now you can rest easy while you watch over us all! We will always love you!
