She graduated from Edward H. White High School and started her career at Blue Cross/Blue Shield as a Claims Adjuster. Judy enjoyed cooking, singing Karaoke and playing Bunko and Bingo. She also loved the Florida Gators and Jacksonville Jaguars football.
She is survived by mother, Patsy Ann Strickland; brother, Jack K. Strickland; sister, Jill S. Mashburn; son, Joey Bruce; daughter, Monica Bruce; and 6 grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her father, James W. Strickland.
A visitation for Judy will be held Monday, November 14, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A funeral service will occur Monday, November 14, 2022 at 2:00 PM, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A committal service will occur Monday, November 14, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
