Marion B (Weir) Anderson passed away peacefully on February 10, 2016. She was born July 14, 1922 in Worcester, MA to the late Archie Weir and Rose Mineau. Marion was pre-deceased by her beloved husband, Paul S. Anderson, of 72 years, sisters Nina Swenson, Evelyn Hamilton, and a brother Archie Weir. She is survived by three daughters: Sandra Bell (Bill), Lynda Smith (Russell), Barbra Riley (Mike), a brother Richard Weir, four grandchildren: Melissa Sarlo, Michael Bell, Lynsey and Carly Smith, and four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, friends, and a wonderful caring staff at Harbor Chase Memory Care Center and Vitas Hospice.
After having spent many years in Millbury, MA they retired to Lake Placid, FL in 1982 and have resided in Jacksonville, FL since 2004.
A mass will be held on a future date at Holy Spirit Catholic Church followed by an inurnment at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
