Mary Ann Henderson, age 75, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born in Jacksonville to Carl and Cola Barker. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George W. Henderson; her parents, Carl and Cola Barker; sister, Theresa Caroline Crawford; brother-in-law, Edward Conway; and brother, James O. Barker. Mary Ann will be missed dearly by her loving daughter Brenda Ann Hickox-Henderson (J.L. Henderson Jr.); grandson Raphard Noah Hickox-Moody (JoAnn); daughter-in-love Patricia Ann Hilliard (Charles); sister Grace Conway; Uncle Jack Batten; brother-in-law N.S. Crawford; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Family will receive friends and family 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Monday, December 12, 2016 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205, (904) 781-9262. Funeral services will be 1:30 pm Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the funeral home with Buddy Taylor, Dick McEwen, and Harvel Wilkerson officiating. Interment will follow the service at Riverside Memorial Park.
