Michael Wesley Magursky, 46, of Atlanta, GA, passed away at home on April 4, 2017. Michael was born in Jacksonville, FL and attended Trinity Christian Academy in Jacksonville, FL. He received his BS degree from Southern University of Seventh Day Adventists in Collegedale, TN and his DDS at the University of Tennessee Heath Science Center in Memphis, TN. Michael was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy. He practiced dentistry in Atlanta and was very involved in local community theater. Michael is survived by his parents, Wesley and Carolyn Magursky; sister, Cathy (Kyle) Crews; grandmother, Myrtle O'Quinn; nephew, K.P. Crews; niece, Amanda Crews; partner, Andre C. Castaing; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 3:00pm to 4:00pm on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., 32205. A celebration of Michael's life will follow at 4:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Michael's name to the American Heart Association or Dreams Come True.
