A visitation will be held at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, located at 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL, 32225, on December 26, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at the same location on December 27, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Following the funeral service, a committal service will be held at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens, also at 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL, 32225, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
