A Paxon High School '66 graduate, she married Charles D. Bell Sr. the same year and remained his devoted wife until his passing in 1998.
Patricia enriched the lives of those around her, volunteering at Oak Hill Elementary PTA in the late 1970s and supporting youth athletics at both Cedar Hills and Lakeshore athletic associations.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Charles Jr. and Rebecca Bell; daughter and son-in-law, Renay and Michael Peters; granddaughter Kayla Leigh Bell; her devoted dachshund Chaka; brother Daniel McGrath; and sisters Sandra Rigdon, Cynthia Coleman, Vickie Basano, and Cheryl Vines.
A visitation for Patricia will be held Thursday, July 31, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A funeral service will occur Friday, August 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
