

He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, gentleness and encouragement. His spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He is succeeded in death by his wife and high school sweetheart, Patricia Pellicer Richens and his grandson, Brian Scott Richens.
His 3 children, Andrea Richen Kindley, Robert Earl Richens Junior and Paul “Scott” Richens, 3 grandchildren, Harry Lee Pence, Ryan Pence and David Richens and great grandchildren, Wyatt Pence, Abigail Pence, Liam Richens and Kylie Kindley will celebrate his life and legacy.
Bob served in the Florida Air National Guard for 35 years forming lifelong friendships in the 202nd Red Horse Squadron. The bond he created with his comrades were sources of great pride for him.
Bob was a salesman his whole professional career from Yellow Page Sales, Insurance Sales and a corporate Sales Representative in the Women’s Apparel Business. He formed so many lasting friendships while creating wonderful memories. Bob was an impact guy that left his mark on those who were blessed to have their lives touched by him.
Bob’s passion extended beyond his professional life. He was an enthusiastic member of the BMW Motorcycle Owners of NE Florida Club with his two high school best friends. He loved the camaraderie of fellow enthusiasts. Over the years, Bob also collected and traveled in numerous diesel Mercedes, each one was white and had a name and they all became part of his journey.
He was a special man with a Million Dollar Smile who would give anyone the shirt off his back.
He loved Big and will be missed.
Funeral service at St Matthews Catholic Church, 1773 Blanding Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32210, December 19, 2024 at 2PM. Reception following the funeral in the Schiavone Parish Center located on the Church Property.
