He was raised in Jacksonville alongside his six siblings, growing up deeply connected to his family and maintaining those bonds throughout his life.

Ronnie attended Robert E. Lee High School and went on to build a long and successful career in sales. An entrepreneur at heart, he opened Bullard’s Jewelers in the 1980s - a business that reflected not only his work ethic and eye for quality, but also his love for people. He also volunteered with local law enforcement through the police reserve program, quietly giving his time in service to his community.
Ronnie was a fabulous cook, a sharp shooter, sports car enthusiast and a proud American. He found joy in the simple things and carried himself with a quiet confidence that made others feel at ease.
Ronnie believed in Jesus and held his faith with curiosity, reflection and reverence. He found peace in thoughtful conversation, in the beauty of the world around him and in living a life guided by his beliefs.
Above all else, Ronnie cherished his family. He was a devoted father and grandfather, lovingly known as “Boppa” to his grandchildren, and nothing brought him greater joy than family dinners, holidays gathered around the table, phone calls and time spent with his children and grandchildren. He was endlessly proud of his children and had a rare gift for making those he loved feel deeply seen and cherished. His presence was steady and comforting, and his love was constant.
Ronnie was known most for his gentle heart and the unwavering love he showed to those closest to him. He will be remembered for his kindness, integrity, sense of humor and quiet strength, and for a legacy that lives on through his family and all who knew him.
