He was born April 29, 1933 in Brunswick, GA.
Ronnie was baptized at St. Francis Zavier Catholic Church in Brunswick. GA. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force October 13, 1958 and retired from CSX Railroad after 35 years of service in 1991.
A man of honor, duty and charity, he was well liked and well respected by all who knew him.
He was preceded by his parents Fred and Clacel, siblings Claudette, Fred Jr., Thomas, Shirley and son Timothy Stephen.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 61 years Peggy Evors Kennedy, children Kenneth (Cindy), Sandra, Susan (Bob) and John (Penny), grandchildren Jason, Caitlyn, Lauren, Christopher, Stephen, Matthew and Emily.
A graveside service will be held at 11am, Wednesday, April 13, 2016 in Chapel Hills Memory Gardens, 850 St. Johns Bluff Rd. N., Jacksonville.
