Roxanne was born in Jacksonville, FL, on August 3, 1951 to Robert Frank Jones and Virginia Lee Cubbin.
She married Mark Chapman on March 26, 2006.
She graduated from Paxon Senior High, Eagles, 1969, and became a certified skydiver. She worked at Clay County Courthouse, in the boating industry, the appraisal industry and various other places during her time. She loved gardening, skydiving, road trips and crazy photo ops with her sister.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Chapman; her step-sons, Allen Chapman and Matthew Chapman; her sister and soulmate Cheryl Lynne Jones; her daughter Wendy Rachelle Santiago (Eric Santiago); her granddaughter, Kaylee Santiago; and her beloved cats, Ladybug and Dash.
She was preceded in death by her father Robert Frank Jones; her mother, Virginia Lee Cubbin; and her sister, Frances Lee Rosier.
A graveside service for Roxanne will be held Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
