Troy Dale Chastain, age 57, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021. Troy was born in Great Falls, Montana, on February 20, 1964 to Alvin Ray Chastain and Theda Arlene Chastain.
Troy was a veteran of the United States Air Force. His most recent occupations were as a delivery driver for Pizza Hut and playing Santa Claus at the local mall. Both jobs brought him great joy. It was the Santa Claus job you would most often hear him talking about (even in July). Troy was a family man to his core, and cared deeply for his family and closest friends.
Troy is survived by his Mother (Theda Arlene Chastain), two children (Troy Ray Chastain and Misty Elizabeth Long), his older sister (Sherie Chastain) and his ten grandchildren (Paige, Caitlyn, Tobey, Aiden, Eyanna, Keegan, Isabelle, Peyton Maye, Dominick & Adom)
Troy was preceded in death by his Father (Alvin Ray Chastain) and older brother (Doyle Chastain).
