McCormick, Vashti M., of Jacksonville went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 5, 2011. Vashti is preceded by her husband Thomas McCormick. Vashti is survived by her sons; Thomas Parker ( Keri), Joseph Parker, William McCormick (Deanna) and Robert McCormick (Jennifer); Brother; Arthur Cushman; Sisters; Pat Jolly, Nancy Eichron, and Jo Ann Lee, and Grandchildren; Sarah, Nick, Nolan, Dillon, and Madelyn. Vashti will be remembered for hobbies of antiquing and sports and love of family.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2011 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm located on 7242 Normandy Blvd. Jax., Fl 32205. Funeral service will be held on Monday, December 12, 2011 at 9:00 AM. Burial will follow at 2:00 PM at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
