Virginia E. Fletcher

Virginia E. Fletcher, 81, born November 27, 1932 in Tampa, Florida to Virgil Rentz and Belle (Norris) Jerrell ,went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 2, 2014 in Jacksonville, FL. Jenny was the sweetest person that God ever put on earth. She was the best Mother and Nana that any child could have ever ask for. We will miss you so much Mama! Jennie is now in heaven with her husband Mannie L. (M.L.) Fletcher, Jr., her parents, sisters Vera and Cheri, brother Tommy. What a reunion this must be for her! She is survived by her daughter Janet Globis (Gary); sons Mannie Fletcher, Russell Fletcher(Delilah), and Mark Fletcher; grandchildren Andrea Bedenbender, Joshua Fletcher (Aubrey), Jeremy Fletcher, Jessica Fletcher, and Emilie Fletcher; great grandchildren; Corbin, Addyson, Hayden, Kaylie, and Harper; brother Rev. Butch Jerrell(Carol) and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Jennie retired from St Lukes Hospital after 20 plus years of service. She was an Elder at West Jacksonville Advent Christian Church. We will miss her so much, but we know that she is in the presence of GOD now and we will see her again. Family will receive friends and family 6:00 – 8:00 pm Monday, May 5, 2014 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205, www.townandcountryfuneralhome.com . Funeral services will be 11:00 am Tuesday May, 6, 2014 at West Jacksonville Advent Christian Church, 8376 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221. Interment will follow services at Riverside Memorial Park.
