Warren L. Bourgeois

Warren L. Bourgeois, 89, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2017 in Jacksonville, FL with his family at his side. He was born December 4, 1927 to Lambremont and Frances Bourgeois in Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Bourgeois retired from Barnett Bank of FL. He was a faithful member of Avondale United Methodist Church and a member of the Faithful Friends Sunday School Class. He is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Jane. Mr. Bourgeois is survived by his children Pamela B. Armstrong, Cheryl B. (Gary) Stewart and Beau Bourgeois. Grandchildren Warren Bourgeois, III (Ronnica) Bourgeois, Brennan (Elizabeth) Bourgeois, Brad Bourgeois, and great-grandchildren Brielle Bourgeois, Warren Bourgeois IV, Hudson Bourgeois, Cortland Bourgeois. Also, sister Barbara Nettles, brother Glenn (Yates) Bourgeois, in- laws Frances Keene, Linda Henry, Johnny and Shelva Wade and a host of other loving relatives and friends. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, January 27, 2017 from 5-7pm. Funeral services to be held on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 11am at Avondale United Methodist Church 1651 Talbot Ave, Jacksonville, FL with Pastor Clare Chance officiating. Interment at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205 at 1:30pm on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the charity of your choice in Mr. Bourgeois’ name.
