Pauline "Grandma Bo" Strickland

PAULINE A. STRICKLAND, age 70, of Waterford, died March 27, 2018 at her residence. Pauline was born on April 12, 1947 in Pontiac, to the late Paul and Rita (Clymire) Hodges. Dear mother of Rita (fiancé Joe) Burling, L.T. (Denise) Strickland, and the late Michael (Michelle) Strickland; Loving grandmother of Tony (Anne-Abele), Andrew, Jordan, Travis, Sherri, Alyssa, Michelle, and Emily; Beloved great grandmother of Kayleigh, Kendrynn, Keidenne, Taylor, Aubrielle, Harper, Jackson, Vanessa, Aiden and Quinn. Dear sister of Joann (Richard) Neil, George (Cathy) Hodges, Claudia (Larry) Keehn, Mike (Collette) Hodges, Bill Hodges, Lois (Greg) Burgess, and Mark (Patti) Hodges. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews that all thought they were her favorite. Pauline was employed by K-Mart for 20 years, and Lowes for 17 years until her retirement in 2015. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who called her “Grandma Bo”. She will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held Friday, 11 a.m. at the Pixley Funeral Home, Godhardt-Tomlinson Chapel, 2904 Orchard Lake Road, Keego Harbor. Rev. Jack Mannschreck officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Friday, from 10 am until time of service.
