Terrence Edward Hecox II

Terry was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Terrence and Mary Ann Hecox on August 29th 1984. He was a graduate of Sulphur High School. He was a proud graduate of Oakland Community College with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Robotics/Automated Systems Technology. He traveled extensively for his career as a Programmer and fully enjoyed the variety that this work provided in his life.

Terry was preceded in death by his father Terrence Edward Hecox, his paternal grandfather John Edward Hecox, and his maternal grandparents John and Jeanette A.W. Karman.

He is survived by his mother Mary Ann Hecox, his sister Victoria Hecox, and brother Michael Hecox of Sulphur, Oklahoma, his Aunt Margaret Butler of Houston, Texas, his Aunt and Uncle Robert and Charlene Severence of Bastrop, Texas, and his Uncle Charles Homan of Blanco, Texas. He is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law Daniel and Terresa Gilin and their 2 children, of West Bloomfield, MI, as well as many cousins and extended family members.

With special love and thought it is mentioned the many friends, the friends of his relatives and coworkers who thought of Terry as a member of their own families and have expressed their love and grief through countless thoughtful acts. We are forever grateful.

A remembrance gathering will be held Sunday, September 25th, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. at Pixley Funeral Home, 2904 Orchard Lake Rd., Keego Harbor, MI.

A formal memorial service will be held in his honor in Sulphur, OK at a yet to be determined date.
