She was born January 4, 1941, in Killeen, Texas, to Aubrey and Fannie Mae Hopson and spent most of her life in Killeen. She loved to read, and color. She was very passionate about baseball. She loved every animal known to man. She loved her New Hope Manor home, and all her friends that lived there. In the past 7 years she did walk thru life with God guiding her way.
Beth was preceded in death by her husband, Bennie Spaulding, Sr., in 2014, and is survived by her daughters, Kim Palmer and Vickie Lynn Thompson, and son, Bennie Spaulding, Jr.; 3 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
With a steady faith and a compassionate heart, Beth was deeply beloved by those who knew her. Her gentle care extended naturally to the animals she loved, reflecting the warmth and tenderness that marked her life.
