A memorial service for Billy will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, Killeen, Texas. An inurnment will occur on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 9:00 AM at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, Killeen, Texas.
