She was born February 17, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois to Lester and Marian Smith Finucane. Her siblings were Marilyn, Dennis, Kathy and Duane.
Carol was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include Donna, David, Gordon, Mary Ann and Pat and Benjamin.
She was preceded in death by her husband and daughter Cathy Best.
A committal service will be Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 9:00 AM at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 TX-195, Killeen, Texas 76542.
