

At a very young age she was part of the Panamanian folklore dancers in Killeen. After her father retired from the Army, she moved to Denton, TX at the age of 10. She attended Denton High School and was part of the school choir and dance team. Her choir won first place in Germany in 2008, she absolutely loved to dance and sing. She also won best hair of the year in High School that year.
She also attended the University in North Texas in Denton TX, and was on the dean's list. She was always top of the class; a very bright and intelligent young lady. She received her bachelor’s degree in human services from the University of North Texas.
She was a highlight to many people's lives and put one hundred percent effort in all she did, always serving and helping others. She was highly respected by her colleagues for her dependability and dedication to her work.
She was an amazing mother and devoted herself completely to her son, Dominic Noel Sampayo, whom survives her along with her parents, Bill and Rebeca Quiles; sister, Alyssa Medrano; brother, William Quiles; and other family members.
Visitation will be held Thursday, January 5, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 6, 2017 also at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Killeen Memorial Park.
