Services for Catherine Diego Almedina will be 10:30 Friday October 7, 2016 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen. Burial will follow at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen at 12pm. Catherine Diego Almedina, 57, of Killeen peacefully passed away on October 3, 2016. She was an eclectic and free spirit, born to Joaquin and Conchita Diego in Agana Heights, Guam. Known for her caring and outgoing nature, she will be deeply missed but never forgotten. She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her husband Orlando Almedina, three daughters, Conchita Palacios, Jocelyn Holdburg, and Norma Almedina, six grandchildren, her mother, two brothers, and two sisters. The family will receive visitors Thursday October 6, 2016 from 6-8pm with a rosary at 7 at the funeral home.
