A memorial service for Ret 1st SGT Cecil C Mutter will be held at 1:00pm Thursday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home Chapel in Killeen with full military honors.
Cecil was born September 9, 1939 in Virginia and passed away June 3, 2012 in Belton.
He was a highly decorated 2 times Vietnam Veteran and former owner of Mutter’s Heavy Equipment Repair Shop.
Cecil was a beloved husband to Marietta F. Mutter, devoted father to Michael H. Mutter, Andrew C. Mutter and Angelina A Mutter, and a loving grandfather to Joshua and Nikki Mutter.
He was a role model to everyone that was a part of his life.
