Funeral services for Christian Ray Valentine, Jr., 2 month old son of Christian R. Valentine, Sr. and Mickaila Hamilton, of Killeen, will be 10 a.m. Monday, August 29, 2011 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Killeen City Cemetery.

Christian passed away Sunday, August 21, 2011 at his residence.

He was born June 10, 2011 in Austin, Texas and is survived by his parents; paternal grandparents, Gerald and Karin Valentine of Harker Heights; maternal grandparents, Melissa and Sean Grace of Ft. Hood; maternal great grandparents, Ron and Diana Roberts of Hereford; aunts and uncles, Diana Chapman of Killeen, Bobby Valentine of Austin, J’Metri, Skye and Starr Burk, all of Ft. Hood; and many, many cousins.

For those that desire, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Dell Children’s Hospital, 490 Mueller Blvd, Austin, TX 78723 or the Ronald McDonald House Charities, 1315 Barbara Jordon Blvd, Austin, TX 78723.

The family will receive visitors from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, August, 28th at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 4 p.m.
