Mrs. Chafin was born November 25, 1919 to Roosevelt and Essie Marcum and passed away December 5, 2010 at a local hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband Arlen Chafin, her parents and daughter Janet.
Survivors include her daughter Mary Pinson and husband Mike, two sons Barry and David Chafin and wife Cheryl; granddaughters Susan, Marcia and Laura, and great-grandchildren J.W., Maggie, Carter, Rachel and Alexander.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church building fund Killeen.
