Mrs. Orr died Nov. 10, 2013, at her residence in Kempner. She was born July 29, 1949, in Gainesville, Ga., to Thurmon and Lois Tanner Mathis. She lived in Killeen for many years.
Survivors include her husband, V.E. (Gene) Orr; stepdaughter, Kathy and Larry Koehne; stepsons, Bubba and Tris Orr, Jeff and Maerilee Orr and Sonny Orr; seven step-grandchildren; four brothers; four sisters; six nieces; seven nephews; and numerous other family members.
Visitation is from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen, which is in charge of arrangements.
