Lloyd J. Bennett

Funeral services for Lloyd J. Bennett, 62, of Killeen will be 4:00 pm Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Lifeway Fellowship Church with Rev. Jimmy Towers officiating. Burial will follow in Killeen Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Bennett passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2013 in Coryell County.

Lloyd Jay was born August 28, 1950 in Albion, Michigan to Lloyd and Ferna (Wixson) Bennett. He married Becky Bridges on October 22, 1982 in Belton, TX.

Mr. Bennett worked as a Complex Technician with Century Link where he has employed for 34 years. Also that he was a devoted loving husband father grandfather... His pride an joy was spending every moment with his family.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his wife, Becky Bennett and three sons, Cody, Cole, and Collin Bennett, all of Killeen; his mother, Ferna Weir, all of Killeen; three brothers Kirk Bennett wife TH of Killeen, Craig Bennett wife Donna of Valdosta GA, Kevin Bennett wife Shirley of Copperas Cove, and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm Friday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Lifeway Fellowship Church, 4001 E. Elms Rd., Killeen, TX 76542.
