Louellen "Tommie" Johnson

Services for Louellen (Tommie) Johnson 78, of Killeen will be 10am Monday November 30, 2015 at Greater Peace Missionary Baptist Church in Killeen. She passed away November 25, 215 in Temple, TX after a valiant struggle with declining health. She was born June 7, 1937 in Horry County, Conway SC to Jesse and Maybelle Skipper. She married William Johnson on March 26, 1954. After multiple duty stations as an army wife she moved to Texas in 1970. She and William had four children. She is preceded in death by first husband, William Johnson, siblings Doris Mona Martin (Tink), Jesse Mae Stephens (Johnnie), Myrtle Elizabeth Stevens, Ernest and Walter Skipper (Pug), and John L. Skiper (Buster). She remarried on June 29, 1995 to Henry Thomas Johnson and remained married to him until her death. She was a long time manager for United Artist Theaters in Killeen, and a faithful employee of Maplehurst Dairy in Killeen. She loved her Church Greater Peace and many recreational activities with her family. She was an avid hiker and lover of the outdoors. She was joy to be around and brought smiles to everyone around her. Survivors include her husband, Henry T. Johnson, daughters, Wilma Briggs (Dale) Pendelow Bullard (David), Candy Agregaard (Eddie), son John T Johnson (Cindy), Brother, Edward C. Skipper, sister Katherine Wilson, Grandsons, Michael Kellar, Justin Hulsey, Eric Johnson, Austin Agregaard, granddaughters, Crystal Tamaren, Erin Johnson, Abby Bullard, great-grandsons, Michael R. Kellar, Dustin Kellar, great-granddaughters Ashley Kellar, Ariel Johnson and her loving dog Razcal. Condolences to Helga Vaughn and Chuck Eberhart and special thanks to Scott and White Hospital and staff. The family will receive visitors from 6-8pm Sunday November 29, 2015 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen.
