Marcella G Cearlock

Born on October 6th, 1941 in Minot, North Dakota; the oldest of 11 children to John Peter Leingang and Gladys Grace Leingang. She attended Roosevelt Elementary School in Mandan, North Dakota, and moved with her family to Yakima, Washington where she graduated from Davis High School.

Marcy married James Glen Cearlock, on June 2nd, 1961, and together they raised 4 children: Teresa Kay (James) Anderson, Joseph James Cearlock, Janice Darlene (Paul) Holterhoff and Cheryl Lynne Frank in East Wenatchee, WA.

She later moved to Killeen, TX where she would spend her remaining years after meeting her life companion, Billy Joe Lowe. In their 30+ years together they enjoyed spending time with their combined grandchildren, traveling, visiting amusement parks, bowling, boating, camping and spending time on post at Fort Hood participating in various activities and events with his active and retired military family. Marcy also loved to cook, sew, and garden and enjoyed the companionship of her beloved dog Mika.

Marcy was preceded in death by her life companion Bill, parents, daughter Cheryl, siblings: Bernie, Netty, Robert, Danny and Shirley. However, her legacy and memory will continue in those she leaves behind; Her children, siblings: Albert, Alice, Mike, Kevin and Johnny, 13 cherished grandchildren: Priscilla May, Dustin James (Jordan), Jayci Kay (Gary), Nathan Paul, Stevie, Bowe, Ryan (Ashley), Shanda (Lorne), Billy Ray, Shannon, Kinzie, Megan and Brandon and many more great-grandchildren.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Marcy’s special friend Rose Thompson.

Though this journey may be over, goodbye is just a pause until the day we meet again. You will never be far from our hearts or our memories.
