Seth was born on October 4, 1988 to Alfred and Susan Mayo in Temple, Texas.
Growing up, Seth had many talents. He loved shooting hoops with his dad, as he was a talented basketball player. He played drums, welded, and could pretty much do anything with his hands. One of his hidden talents was starring in some of his brother, Jake's home movies. It was a family production as Luke, Max, Sam, Song and many cousins, also participated.
After Seth graduated in 2007, he helped open Mayo Autoworks with his dad and brother Luke. Seth loved fixing lawn equipment and was a master at it. He had many loyal customers who affectionately referred to him as "The Lawnmower Guy." Seth loved his customers and took great pride in taking care of them. Working side by side with his dad and Luke in the family business was one of the happiest times in his life.
Seth is survived by his Dad, Alfred Mayo, Jr. and Karen Norman; brothers, Jake Mayo and his wife, Jessica, Luke Mayo and Elizabeth Barrientos, Max Mayo, Sam Mayo, his sister Song Mayo and Beto Jimenez; grandmother Lynda Edwards; nephew Brodyn Mayo, and nieces Song and Olivia Mayo.
Seth was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Susan Mayo, his maternal grandfather, Grant (Woody) Woodbury, his paternal grandparents, Alfred and Song Mayo, and step grandpa, Carl Allen Edwards.
A private family service will be held 10:30am February 4, 2023 at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home and Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas.
