Tyler was born April 28, 1993 in Temple, Texas to Karen DePriest and Gerald DePriest.
Tyler was a joy and such a loving child and young man. He was a home body, so needless to say our home was always full of his friends.
He attended Clifton Park Elementary School, Nolan Middle School and was a 2011 graduate of Ellison High School. Music was a great part of Tyler’s life as a member of the Ellison Band where he was a member of the Drum Line.
He is survived by his father Gerald DePriest, mother Karen DePriest, sister McKenzie DePriest all of Killeen. Also surviving are his grandparents Gerald and Shirley DePriest and Donald Buchholz all of Killeen. As well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins survive him.
There will be a visitation at First Baptist Church from 6 PM to 8 PM on Friday, March 27,2015. There will be a service on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 2 PM at the church.
