Agatha Rawson Pilgrim

Agatha was born November 7, 1943, in Meridian Mississippi to William and Myrtle Fitzgerald.

Mrs. Pilgrim was originally from Meridian, MS but spent most of her life in Starkville, MS and her later life in Kingwood, TX to be near her family. Mrs. Pilgrim was involved in First Baptist Church, Starkville, for many years and Woodridge Baptist Church in Kingwood. Agatha enjoyed the ladies bible study group at Woodridge Baptist Church and most of all spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Mrs. Pilgrim is survived by her daughters, Susan (John) Ankenbrandt, and Janet (Robby) Ware both of Kingwood, TX; stepson, Bob (Susan) Pilgrim of Tupelo, MS; grandchildren Logan (Ashley) Ankenbrandt of Dallas, TX, Morgan Ankenbrandt of Kingwood, TX, and Katie Pilgrim and James Pilgrim both of Tupelo, MS. Mrs. Pilgrim is preceded in death by her second husband Robert Pilgrim (d. 2009 ) and first husband Glen Rawson (d. 1983); her parents William E. and Myrtle H. Fitzgerald; and her brother David Fitzgerald.

At the family’s request, they will honor the life of their loved one privately.
